Comprehending and Defining Requirements
The purpose of this phase is to gather and analyze relevant information to guide the development of a website that meets the needs of users and the organization. In the digital assessment stage, the current state of the organization's website and other digital assets is evaluated to identify areas for improvement. User research is conducted to gain insights into the target audience's preferences, behaviors, and pain points. Finally, requirement gathering involves collecting and documenting the necessary features and functions of the website from stakeholders. The information gathered in the discover phase is used to inform the design and development of the website, and to ensure that it aligns with the organization's goals and user needs. System Analysts play a crucial role in this phase as they are responsible for analyzing and documenting the gathered information to guide the rest of the development process.
