Android Notification and Authentication

A notification is a message that Android displays outside your app’s UI to provide the users with reminders, communication from other people, or other timely information from the app. Notifications provide short, timely information about events in the app while it is not in use. Users can tap the notification to open the app or take an action directly from the notification. Meanwhile, authentication personalizes the app by remembering the user's account name. Authenticate the user to make sure they are who they say they are. Authentication is learnt in different popular platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Google.
